Our Workouts

Kick off your training or enhance your current fitness level with group workouts. Our event calendar showcases upcoming workouts, times & locations:

  • Running Workouts – every Tuesday at 6PM we invite you to join us  for a group running workout, hosted at the Greenlake/ Lower Woodland Track. Feel free to drop in, meet the coaches, try it out!
  • Summer Swims – every Friday at 6:15AM @ Madison Park, Memorial Day through Labor Day . Join us for an open h20 swim, practice swimming with a group &  catch the sunrise over Lake Washington. Post-workout- we’ll grab a coffee or apple fritter at the Madison Park Bakery- a Seattle triathlete tradition & a little reward for starting the day out right!
  • Transition Clinics -TBD, watch our calendar to the right.

  • Group Bike Rides
    Tuesday Ride: leaving at noon from Corpore Sano in Kenmore.
    Saturday Ride: 7:30am @ Corpore Sano in Kenmore; North End – 30+miles, route TBD
    Sunday Ride: 7:30am @ the Dawg (statue in front of Husky Stadium); South End – 30+miles, route TBD
