Leigh Anne D. – 2010 Firecracker 5k. 27:25 – 39sec PR.

Phil S. – 2010 Ironman Coeur d’Alene. 10:35 – First Ironman!

Seungyoo H. – 2010 Fremont 5k. 22:43 – 18sec PR.

Kevin S. – 2010 Rock and Roll 1/2 Marathon. 1:38 – beat his PR from when he was 20-yrs younger!

Kanako I. – 2010 Rock & Roll 1/2 Marathon. 2:08. 1st ever 13.1

Woods F. – 2010 Vancouver Marathon. 3:28:46 – Boston Qualifier!

Mark A. – 2010 Ironman 70.3 St. Croix.  6:21 – huge swim & bike PR’s.

Jennifer H. –  2009 Trek Women’s Triathlon. 1:14.09 1st AG & 3rd overall.
Grant H. – 2009 Lake Stevens 70.3. 5:22.34 First 70.3 triathlon
Steven U. – 2009 Black Diamond 1/2 Marathon1:39.54 PR & 10th place Master’s

Austin C. – 2009 North Face Challenge 50- miler. 9:08.14 – 9th overall male in first attempt.
Alison B. – North Face Challenge 50-miler. 10:32.34 – 5th overall female in first attempt
Rob P. – Leadville 100 MTB Trail race. 9:35 – 220th place.

Aleece V. – 2009 Seattle Rock and Roll Marathon. 3:49.35 – PR by 15 minutes.
Crag J. – 2009 Seattle Marathon 5K Race. 21:46 – PR by 2 minutes.
